We can also check for indications of moisture intrusion, water leaks, and material defects. If we find anything wrong, we'll show it to you, explain what the problem is, and why it should be corrected. We may also make recommendations for qualified contractors to take a closer look and make repairs.

This can help determine not only moisture leaks, but leaks in the energy efficiency of your home. I will provide you with an inspection report that is easy-to-read and clear-to-understand. I DO NOT USE INSPECTION SOFTWARE. Each report is written for your home. It is written as a report. No Checklists means No Confusion! Photos are used to show areas of interests. Reports are not generated on site. You will NOT have the report within an hour of the inspection. You will have the report by the following day, emailed to you in PDF format. The fee for an inspection can vary. Payment is required at the time of inspection. A secure link can be provided to pay by debit / credit card. Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal are also accepted forms of payment. I will invite you to join my network of clients who are my neighbors.
